Comgrow Warranty & Return Policy
1. Support Scope
Comgrow's customer support, warranty services, and return processing are exclusively available for products purchased directly from comgrow.com. For items purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, eBay), please contact the respective seller for assistance, as they manage their own policies and inventory.
2. Returns & Refunds (14-Day Policy)
You may return products purchased directly from comgrow.com within 14 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Eligible Conditions::

Faulty on Arrival: Product is damaged, defective, or unable to power on upon delivery.

Incorrect Item: You received a product that does not match your order.

Change of Mind: The product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
3. Warranty Coverage

3D Printers: 1-year limited warranty.

Core Components (mainboard, motor, screen, hotbed): 3-month warranty.

Accessories (nozzle kits, BL-Touch): 30-day warranty.

Consumables (nozzles, build surface stickers): Covered only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Note: Warranty terms may be adjusted to comply with local consumer laws.
4. Service Process
To resolve your issue efficiently:

Contact Support: Reach out to us via email with your Order ID and a detailed description.

Troubleshooting: Our team will guide you through diagnostic steps, which may include software updates.

Resolution: If a hardware defect is verified under warranty, we will arrange for a replacement part. Replaced components may be refurbished but are guaranteed to be functionally equivalent to new.

5. Customer Responsibilities for Service
To expedite service, please provide:

6. Shipping & Costs
Comgrow covers shipping costs for returns and replacements due to verified product defects.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

International shipping for non-warranty returns.
